Relationships will end for so many different reasons. In most cases we are aware of an obvious reason from either one side or both parties. Sometimes people just stop communicating, stop spending quality time together and quite frankly don't put the effort in that close relationships require to work well.

There are so many things that can affect how you are feel overall...
If you're not feeling quite like yourself, there could be many things that are causing it. Perhaps you're a bit low, feeling run down, stressed or very emotional for example.
When things have been a bit tough or you're feeling a little stagnant overall; you may need to give yourself a big push to get moving forward again. Give yourself that nudge you need now, to take some positive steps and get things flowing in the right direction again!
It can be really difficult to stop yourself from constantly replaying events from the past or dwelling on bad memories. Often when we feel we have been 'wronged' by someone else that can literally 'eat away' at us. This can actually result in even more negative feelings building within you and in effect they are then still hurting you over and over again.
Getting fit is not easy, It's hard to even find the time right? Work, long hours, then you come home, got to get dinner ready, have a hoover round and so on.
The buzz word of recent times has been mindfulness. This essentially means being more present in the moment and focusing and resetting the mind; rather than allowing our thoughts to take over.
However difficult things get, it is vitally important not to lose the last spark of hope you have inside you. Even on your darkest days, if you can find just a little something positive to hold onto and keep some hope for...it will stop you giving up.
