In such a context, when you hold a seed in your hand therein containing the generic code of a million generations, culminating in the act of cross-pollination and co-evolution with other insects, flora, birds and animals.

As the title says, what really goes on behind the lens? This is very similar to the phrase 'life behind closed doors'.
I myself, a sufferer of mental health, can refer to these phrases only too well. I enjoy photography as a hobby. It for one gets me out of my luxuriously patterned cell, most commonly called a house. It's also a hobby and cardio workout rolled into one!

The most important opinion is your own
The majority of us waste far too much time worrying about how we may look to others and what they may think of us. How we may be viewed or judged. Sadly some people will always make assumptions about you, ultimately being prejudiced or judgemental. However, most of the time we are simply being paranoid due to our own low self esteem or mental health.

When you don't feel happy about the way you look for whatever reason, it can really affect you mentally. If your self esteem is low, you are more likely to focus on those negative thoughts that pop into your head which obviously can drag you down further.

Ah yeah... so good :) Just makes me want to fly away, sit on an Island with a girl, and chill for a while.
It's amazing how nowadays we can have access to so much awesome music at the tip of our fingertips. I love it! There's nothing like finding a new song or buying a great album from your favourite artist, then just playing it over and over again.

At various points in my own journey, I've found it incredibly therapeutic to put some time aside to do something creative; as a form of release, mindfulness, self healing and expression.
You don't even need to actually be good at anything creative or naturally artistic to feel the benefits. Some of you will no doubt have experienced the freedom of 'doodling'; letting your pen move freely and mindlessly!
