Do businesses or organisations still care about good service or product quality? Do they understand that poor service and order issues add to existing stress or mental health issues, for those on the receiving end? It seems that often we are being expected to accept and even be 'happy' with poor service and substandard 'goods'. Nothing quite prepares you for being fully responsible for another living 'little person' and the roller-coaster of highs and lows. It's always rewarding overall and a blessing of course to have children; but let's be honest it's also really challenging and tough!

While for the most part so far the air temperature strikes chilly, it is noticeable that the first harbingers of spring are creeping amongst us. The snowdrops, the blaze of white blossoms on the hedgerow thorn, an almost imagined dappling of yellow and green in some of the trees as the leaf buds begin to emerge from their winter dormancy. Birds seem to take on an air of urgency in their quest for just the right materials to build and line their nests. Queen bumblebees flit about checking out promising nooks and holes to begin laying the first cohort of daughter-subjects to establish their summer realm.

You often only see the amazing achievements and hear praise for how well people's children are doing. With a full lockdown, it is no different and people have been keen to share their proud moments online. It's great to share how much you're managing to get your children to work through and to upload for their teacher. It's often a hard job; so really well done.

What do you look for in a relationship? How would you ideally like to feel? How would you aspire to behave and treat someone special to you?
We are obviously all different and have varying wants and needs. But it can be useful to consider both how you behave and project yourself and how you are treated by others. You may actually like to consider whether you're in the right relationship for you, if you need to compromise at all, perhaps communicate more clearly about your needs or actually even break free from feeling controlled or manipulated.

It reflected the concept of boldly projecting power both militaristic and as the indomitable capabilities of the human spirit... But even then, however, it reflected and explored the frailties of both our social and political assumptions collectively and also as individuals, not least still traumatised from what was then a recent global world war.

The most difficult periods of my life have also been the most transformational for overall life lessons along with growth in character, strength and resilience. However, I wouldn't necessarily ask to go through these times again. On the other hand, I probably wouldn't have been the person I am now without those experiences!
